What it was
An agro-inputs risk-sharing guarantee programme that needed to demonstrate cost recovery, profitability and first-loss tranche sustainability over a five-year life.
What I built
Nine sheets from scratch: assumptions engine, portfolio ramp-up, income waterfall, multi-tranche claims waterfall, full P&L, sensitivity scenarios, dashboard with live toggles.
What it shows
Formula-driven end to end. No hard-coded values, zero circular references. An auditor can follow every number back to an assumption.
