School Exam Timer

An exam countdown built for a high school after the PowerPoint system failed one too many times. Real users, high stakes, no room to be clever.

What it was

A slow, error-prone PowerPoint slide system running exams for a whole school.

A working timer with multi-timer drift correction, reading time, and colour coding tuned to how invigilators actually read a room.

The first thing I built for people who could not tolerate it breaking. That constraint is still how everything gets built.
